Don't have a google play dev-account

If I cannot buy one buy the date... I still want my game to be graded

  Thanks for reaching out. Participants can submit their APK via a zipped file on Devpost. Alternatively, you can upload it to your own hosting, Dropbox, or Google Drive and provide the link in your submission.
